Lucinda Loya Interiors is pursuing the brightest and most talented minds to be part of our growing firm. LLI is seeking a seasoned marketing all-star to grow Lucinda Loya Interiors, increasing referrals and bring in new business by reaching out to builders, developers, and luxury real estate agents. Work with public relations firm and marketing outlets to ensure optimal value returns on investment. We are on the hunt for eager individuals to be part of our dynamic organization with:

  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Can articulate concepts in a clear and structured manner.

  • High level of organization and attention to detail

  • An ability to work well under pressure and changing deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy

  • Understanding of basic business and marketing concepts

  • Outgoing personality with strong interpersonal and social abilities

  • A positive attitude, integrity, and discretion

  • Ability to spot emerging trends within the design industry

  • Strong writing and copy-editing abilities

Duties will include but are not limited to:

  • Participating in industry events to network and market LLI

  • Connecting with developers, builders, industry people (like press contacts) and real estate agents to build relationships and create business

  • Developing a growth strategy focused on both financial growth and client satisfaction

  • Creating an effective sales strategy

  • Management of all social media channels IE Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.

  • Promoting the brand through positive public relations initiatives

  • Organize and manage marketing collateral (Press/Media Exclusives and Interiors Imagery, and more.)

  • Develop brand strategy and implementation

  • Analyzing and reporting metrics for social media channels

  • Assist with content creation

  • Help to organize or undertake basic market and competitive research

  • Create reports on overall marketing performance

  • Maintain schedules for marketing initiatives

  • Assist with other administrative projects as they arise

  • Write compelling copy for marketing campaigns and digital ads

  • Occasional travel required

Qualifications + Skills: 

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite

  • Comfortable communicating in person, on the phone, text message and email

  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask

  • Experience with Mac computers

  • Requires strong professional communication + phone skills and legal driver’s license

  • Requires experience in marketing and/or interior design industry



  • 3 - 5 years of Marketing development, preferably from a design specific firm.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, and Adobe Creative Suite.

  • Website design

  • Facebook Ads Manager / Paid Ads for Facebook & Instagram

  • Google Analytics

  • Adobe Photoshop + Other Creative Suite

  • Email Marketing, MailChimp or other

  • Great ability to multitask, work independently as well as a team, positive, fearless and ambitious.

  • Must be GREAT at follow through!
