At Houston Oaks, Lucinda Loya Interiors transformed an 8,200-square-foot custom home into a modern Texas ranch retreat for a young family and their multigenerational gatherings. Clean-lined furnishings bring a fresh perspective to the home’s French-European influence, creating interiors that feel warm and refined.

This luxury ranch interior design balances elegance with the ease required of a well-used family retreat. Reclaimed wood beams and floors, Venetian plaster and a stone fireplace bring depth and character, while leather and performance fabrics were chosen for children, pets and frequent gatherings. Natural materials and tailored details give the home a sense of permanence without ever feeling overly formal.

Designed for multigenerational gatherings, the great room is arranged into several seating areas, allowing its generous scale to feel intimate. A stone fireplace, reclaimed wood beams and clean-lined furnishings bring warmth and quiet sophistication.
