RETURN POLICY

  • Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of the ship date.

  • Merchandise must be unused and in perfect new condition to qualify for a return.

  • Merchandise must be accompanied by the original product packaging, including all documentation.

  • Customer is responsible for return shipping cost.

  • Any merchandise marked "Final Sale" cannot be returned.

  • Original shipping charges and Package Protection are non-refundable.

  • Only one return or exchange transaction is permitted per order.

  • Once your return is shipped and your tracking shows it is with the carrier, your refund is issued and you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.

  • Received a Defective item? If you have received a defective item, please email us at marketing@lucindaloya.com so we can resolve this issue immediately.

  • Received the Wrong item? If the item received is not what was ordered, please email us at marketing@lucindaloya.com so we can resolve this issue immediately.
