The design centers on warm textures, layered materials, and soothing neutral tones, creating a welcoming environment that reflects the serenity and beauty of the mountain setting.

Upon entering the space, guests are greeted by a gallery wall of curated artwork and dramatic brass stalactite-inspired pendant lights, whose sculptural forms echo the rugged shapes found in nature. These statement fixtures add warmth and visual intrigue while complementing the home’s contemporary mountain aesthetic.

Anchoring the room is a dramatic floor-to-ceiling fireplace clad in Caesarstone, complete with built-in bench seating that invites guests—or pets—to gather comfortably around the hearth. The seating area is centered on an oversized sectional from CB2 with an extended backless chaise, upholstered in durable performance fabric by Pindler that balances luxury with everyday functionality.
